Waste Incinerators SEAMAK offers waste incinerators/SEAMAK Incinerators to burn clinical and biodegradable organic waste right from 10 kg/hr to 100 kg/hr, depending on the waste. These are diesel/HSD or LPG fired incinerators for long-term economy.

- General domestic rubbish like sanitary waste, dressing, pads etc.
Construction:
Ruggedly built of welded and bolted mild steel sheets and plates, lined throughout with high grade castable refractory concrete and fitted with heavy duty cast and grade bars, the incinerator is provided with a large size loading door and two ash clearance doors for easy charging and removal of ash residue.
Fuel Assembly:
Supplied with fuel assembly comprising one standard length, refractory-concrete of fiber lined and conacoll/smut arrestor in heat resistant steel mesh.
Finishing:
All external surfaces are finished with high temperature heat and weather resistant paint
Fuel:
Oil- light diesel oil/High Speed diesel gas – LPG
Performance:
If properly maintained, this incinerator lasts a lifetime.
Operational economy:
The principle of re-circulation of gases makes possible the use of one burner only to provide both primary burning of charged material and after burning of the products of combustion, giving optimum performance at minimum fuel cost.
Pollution Board Norms:
All exhausts from incinerators meet PCB requirements for SPM, SOx, and NOx since in-built air pollution control measures are taken care.
